At Stairs Unlimited, we know that on time delivery is important to our
customers. Our carpet-grade stairs are typically ready to ship 6 business days after receiving an order.
Our box stairs are routed for tighter, more secure joints.

routed for tighter, more secure joints. Treads and Risers are glued and
screwed in place. Each tread is screwed into the riser below in order to
provide a tighter glue joint. We use only wood wedges and they are glued and
stapled in place. Wood wedges provide a better glue bond than plastic wedges.
We also build notched stairs, radius stairs, fan stairs and starter steps
to customize your stair.

Occasionally our customers need a stair built sooner than the standard
delivery schedule. We go out of our way to try to fill the rush order as soon
as our schedule permits.
Our Standard Interior Box stairs are built with:

We hammer, glue and staple wood wedges in place. Wood wedges provide a
better glue bond than plastic wedges.
